Note: The after-sale dispute could only be opened on computer, please log your account on computer.
Step 1: Find your completed order list and locate the particular order, and click “Completed Orders”. Your “Completed” order list is located under your “My Orders.”
Step 2: You will have to provide some supporting photo(s).and or video when you open the after-sale dispute.
Your After-Sales dispute process will be stated under the Dispute Orders.
